Still snowy...

But at least today was a gym day. Here is what I did:

250 jumprope
20 triceps (lying on back on bench, 20lbs over head, pushing up, elbows in)
20 reverse squats (starting down, coming up, going down for 1...etc)
250 jumprope
20 plank arm climbers (I can't remember what she calls these, but it's where you are in plank position and you go to your elbows, one arm at a time, and then back up to hands)
20 walking lunges with 12lb weights in hands
250 jumprope
20 Aussie pull-ups
20 back extentions
250 jumprope
20 triceps
20 reverse squats
