7 miles today....

Nearly forgot to mention I was nearly eaten by some dogs on this run. And right at the end, so I had no energy to run faster! Out of nowhere I felt something hit my heels... I think I may have kicked one of them, but I turned around and two dogs were at my heels--scared me to death! They seemed friendly, though--no menacing growls or barks, but still quite a shock.
