After a long drive yesterday, and waking up way too early this morning, the last thing I wanted to do today was go to the gym. But, I did drag myself down there. Here's what I did:
.25 mile run
50 slam ball (with 10 lb. medicine ball)
.25 mile run
25 squat press per arm (12 lb. weights)
.25 mile run
25 bench jump & burpee
.25 mile run
25 tricep push-ups
